Six, you have a good point there. I read a print interview with the photographer. He said he was a lot further away than it seemed. He had just been snapping pictures at random, and did not even realize that he had captured that image. He tried running toward the guy, but it was more to try to get the attention of the conducter. Thing is, there were plenty of people standing a lot closer who did nothing to help the guy up. Typical NY behavior I think. If it does not personally affect them, they ignore it.
