New Year's Plans & Resolutions?

My plan WAS to continue my free ride courtesy of the taxpayers for another year or so , but it was derailed tonight. Mom just informed me that I have 2 weeks pick a job/career and then go back to school for training for that job/career.

Pick a junior college where hacky sack is offered as an intramural sport and make sure there are ashtrays in the cafeteria.

You could easily milk going to "college" for another six years and- fingers crossed- perhaps then mom will pass and you will inherit the homestead.

I won't be inheriting the homestead. AFAIK, the will stipulates that the house is to be sold and the money from the sale of the house will be equally divided. I'd have to buy out my 4 brother's shares to gain ownership of the homestead.
