Really? You thought he was supposed to be executed last year?
Can you point any of us to one example of a death row inmate being executed within 12 months of their sentencing? What planet did you just come from? Not to mention the fact that after sentencing those two mutants to death Connecticut went and banned the death penalty... so the likelihood of either of them getting the needle is about as good as my chances to have relations with Duchess.
