SUSPECTED SERIAL CHILD RAPIST ARRESTED - TEXAS

Tad Costin, Suspected Serial Child Rapist
POS Costin is charged with raping at least 15 little girls (time frame not yet known).
The parents of his girlfriend, Julia Lack, a former Playboy Playmate, found a CD containing images of Costin raping little girls who were either asleep or drugged and dressed in Disney nightgowns.
Costin was living with Lack and her five year old son at the time of his arrest. Lack is considered a Person of Interest (POI) and under investigation.

The identities of the girls are being investigated; at this point, LE only knows that they are not relatives of Costin.
Costin was busted for assaulting the 5 year old daughter of his cleaning lady four years ago, but there reportedly wasn't enough evidence to prosecute him.
