I'm not “living off the government” fucknut the NHS is not free everyone that can afford pays for it directly from their wages every month through national insurance. As for picking who gets to do surgery?! You think you know more than a doctor who should and shouldn't be doing surgery? I don't think so!, also if I wanted super duper private healthcare I can have it again at a fraction of the ridiculous amount you pay knobhead!

As for who has the best healthcare? We've been through that already here, Cuba have better healthcare than America - FACT. Who has the most socialised healthcare in the world? France, who has the best healthcare in the world? France.

In America? Get seriously ill? Go bankrupt! I believe it was username who stated it cost half a MILLION dollars for the maternity costs of having her kids.
