Come to think of it, I think one of our neighbors still have their lights up and on ( at least they did a few days ago). It is weird...let it go, people.
Your neighbor who called animal control before talking with you reminds me of mine who is complaining to all our neighbors but have yet to talk to us directly. I'm a spiteful bitch. I might be able to have it modified to create less noise but I'm at least going to let the pissed off neighbors twist in the wind for a while before I do anything. Fuck them.
