What about the sidewalk beside the parks?

Good question. I don't know the answer but it must have been asked, don't you think. I know when the laws against smoking in the work place went into effect the smokers were hanging around right outside the door, now they have to be a number of feet away from entrance.

When that 20 foot law went into effect here, they posted a sign outside of the courthouse that said "No Smoking 20 feet from the door", so I lit up right next to the door. Constable said "can't you read that sign?" I said "Yeah, it says no smoking 20 feet from the door. I'm only two feet from the door."
