If a random stranger walked up to you in the street and said "my niece has just been in a bad accident, would you mind having a coffee with me so I can tell you all about it in a nonchalant way, make it all about me and get some faux sympathy from you" what would you say?
If it was a friend of a few years who was genuinely upset by the event and they knocked in your door, sure, come in dude, take a load off..
Anyway, carry on. It's amusing. Half the motherfuckers that say they're going to send prayers in these type of threads only type it and forget about it. They don't kneel beside their bed and add a "oh and please baby Jesus, send some love to the poor little burnt girl in Arizona" to their prayers, if they even say them in the first place. They just jump on the bandwagon to be part of it. Make themselves feel better that they cared.
Except OTD, I bet she genuinely prayed.
