The woman should have been upset and I think there should be penalties for anyone doing such things as in the OP.
The problem is and it is already happening, some municipalities are banning the use of airborne platforms like that. I think thats over reaching.
The news media has made everyone paranoid of anything remotely defined as a "Drone" truth is they are a very handy and useful tool, but like just about any tool they can be misused.
Responsibility is the key, and a lot of people don't have any.
Yes agree, a drone in the right hands can be a magnificent tool.
Right now, there is no decorum in place & or no rules & regulations for drone usage. In time, the drones will most likely become just as common as cell phones.
