Fifty Shades of Grey was a terrible movie. It offended me both as an avid moviewatcher and as a sexual deviant.

After reading a few pages of the book I realized any movie based on such terrible writing would undoubtedly be a train wreck.

That's kind of the point. A lot of women I know who have read it "swoon" over it (not to mention, I've been told it makes some of them horny as hell). It's a gift...you suffer through the movie with your S.O. and hopefully reap some benefits after. Win/win!!!
