You know you can add a shot of rum to the whip cream if you want, it tastes good. And the kids might go to bed early.
Just go make the damn thing. It'll take you 30 mins. tops. By the time you get the crust out of the freezer you'll have all the other ingredients prepped and all you have to do is assemble it.
It's not like you have to roll out pastry for Christ's sake.
