I see it as people bringing attention to injustice. In this case its the government taking land that has been used for generations. With BLM they too are bringing attention to injustice.
Barring people from going about their business is one way, using a wilderness outpost is another. I don't believe either one is willing to commit suicide for their cause but we shall see how heavy the hand of government is and if it is ready to satisfy the grievance brought forth.

I for the life of me don't understand why the Bundy's would pursue it this way unless they are the spokespeople for a larger group of people that feel they have been screwed. If so they need to speak now while the media attention is focused on them. As Julian Assange said " We have to be careful about applying criminal labels to people until we're very sure."
