I don't think I'd kick them out of my public establishment even though both have earned my disrespect. I'm generally more tolerant, or maybe I'm just a greedy capitalist bitch? ')
But, it's within the business owners' rights to refuse service as long as the refusal isn't based on racial, religious or other forms of discrimination prohibited by law.
Anyway, it doesn't bother me that they have to deal with the repercussions of their words/actions, like everyone else. I don't see them as victims in any way.
