I'd personally just bake the gay ass cake, I have nothing against gay people and would be stupid not to take their business. But I don't think the baker should be fined or forced to do something against his will.
BY GOD, IT'S MY RIGHT TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU!

I don't think it's my business to know who others are loving & fucking. Not my monkey, not my circus. Your love life isn't my business nor anyone elses.

It's not, but when someone tries to force it on you then it becomes your business. The baker should have the right to say he doesn't make gay cakes.

A man walks into a bar...wearing a Make America Great Again hat. He's refused service and asked to leave. A judge backs up that decision. Dontcha love how America works. Story

In either case, I'm glad it didn't turn into something really ugly. Sad that people can't wear anything they choose wherever they want off-the-clock, but I think the judge got it right. The MAGA guy argued that the cap was an expression of his spiritual belief, which is covered by religious anti-discrimination laws. The judge ruled that it was instead an expression of his political beliefs (which are not covered by anti-discrimination laws).

I think people should be able to express themselves however they want. I don't have to like it. I heard something the other day that I've continued to think about since then. Could a surgeon refuse to treat someone because of their viewpoint? How about a Jewish surgeon not wanting to treat those who eat pork or a very conservative surgeon refusing to treat a gay person, etc.

Personally, I don't doubt that some medical professionals (private practice and working for public medical organizations) have refused service for those discriminatory reasons, though I do doubt that they wouldn't have cloaked them behind some other excuse to avoid repercussions. To me, that's different than refusing service to a guy at a bar because his presence could easily lead to mayhem. Though, again, I don't know if that's why the bar owner tossed the MAGA guy. In any case, private businesses can refuse service based on political attire. Had the MAGA guy instead been a Jew who was tossed for refusing to take off his Kippah, however......the bar owner probably would have lost the case because the religious discrimination claim would have had merit.

Last night in Virginia, Sarah Slanders and her party were asked to leave a restaurant. The owner told her she wasn't welcome there. No fine dining at the Red Hen for her.

Pfft. Please. I hope all those cocksuckas are shunned. Her and those she works with promote hate & corruption. There's no place for them. Not to mention, she endorsed a child molester. Jesus, Mark.

It's political extremists on either side who are petty, goes with the territory. Almost two years after her election loss, Trump and his far right worshipers are STILL chanting "lock her up!" at rallies despite several investigations clearing Clinton. They're STILL falsely blaming Obama for Trump's failures. They're STILL labeling everyone who's not a right wing extremist "Libs". They're STILL acting like aggrieved victims of everything and everyone under the sun when they don't get their way. The conspiracy theories are also stupid and petty as can be. As far as far left extremists go...............when they apologize to everyone for the actions of other individuals it annoys me. I saw that a couple of actors apologized profusely for working with accused child molester Wood Allen. They gave away their salaries to make amends. Why? They didn't molest Allen's alleged victims. I'm not giving back my salary as penance for the assholes I've worked with/for. I also don't like how far left extremists attempt to stifle free speech at venues that have booked far right speakers, especially colleges and universities. As much as I oppose some of those speakers' messages, they have the same right to speak, within the parameters of the law. I will say that the far left is less annoying than the far right in their pettiness and extremist views/actions, to me. The ones on the left are typically motivated by fairness and respect for all. The ones on the far right typically look down on everyone who they see as 'others' and seek to hold them down. That's my experience anyway.

Anyway, it doesn't bother me that they have to deal with the repercussions of their words/actions, like everyone else. I don't see them as victims in any way.

I wish Maxine Waters, as an elected Democrat representative, would stop encouraging people to harass members of the Trump administration in public settings.
It's an example of a far left tactic that annoys me and I think could backfire. There are reasons to strongly resist and protest some of Trump's policies. But, mimicking Trump's personal attacks is not the way to do it and just turns off a lot of rational Independents (who the Democrats really need to vote blue in November), in my opinion. I think it makes more sense and is more effective for Democrat and Independent elected officials to stick to publicly correcting the lies and misinformation propagated by Trump and company, to push hard publicly on the importance of getting Dems and Independents (and disgusted Republicans) to the polls to vote against the Republican Congress which is not doing its job to check Trump's power, and to publicly encourage people who disagree with Trump's policies and actions to make their voices heard through more constructive means of protest which don't take Trump's bait and feed his narratives. Anyway, I don't disagree with Waters strongly calling out Trump's lies and do agree with her assessment of some members of the administration. And, its her right to encourage the harassment of Trump administration individuals when they're off-the-clock, under the parameters of the law. But, I doubt the more moderate and strategic-driven members of the DNC and Democrat Congress appreciate what Waters is doing.

I wish she hadn't done it as well... ...I already know they need to be shunned. I hope it follows them forever. One day it will hit home when someone's kids aren't allowed to play with hers because of who her and her family are. Her father is a despicable piece of shit too.

Why even tell the kids you hate their parents, that's some sick shit.
