I seriously don't like this dude Cars and wish you'd have the work finished up by a competent professional.  

But, I do understand that's easier said than done when you've already invested a lot of money and time that you can't get back.

You're probably right, that will be my Christmas present from him.
He is very apologetic, polite, and keeps saying I know I screwed up, and he keeps saying I will make it right.
He says I want you to ultimately be satisfied!  So . . . . . . . .   
(But he's still a fucker!)
