Ah, that's right. Now I remember you saying you gave up your truck to get her suitable transportation for school when you first mentioned she aspired to work for NASA.
Chicago is brutal in winter, for me. I'd rather put up with scorching heat for a few months (which is my new reality) than freezing temperatures.
