I remember when you started and I can tell from your pix that you have been very successful. No carbs or close to no carbs, right?
25 carbs or less per day is my standard and, at this point, it's easy to adhere to.
Every once in a while, I exceed that with healthy food and don't sweat it. But, cookies (or bread or cake or other desserts/sweets) never make it to my plate.
I really don't miss bread or sweets, but I do miss potatoes a lot and sometimes eat a few french fries or small bit of mashed or bake potato when we go out to eat.
