Two firsts

Today was another first, I boiled a leftover chicken carcass, removed the bone added garlic, onions, carrots, radish, and a ¹⁄₂ cup of rice. Very tasty, satisfying and good for you.

Sounds like a good quick meal.   I usually freeze my leftover animal carcasses until I have enough to make a bone broth.

Me too. I would freeze it and give it to the old lady that lived in Suncook but she died and I guess it's up to me to do something with it. She was always smiling, you just don't run into many people that are perpetually happy but she was. The Professor was devastated. But I can only try to emulate her now.
