Let's assume for the sake of argument that you're right re segregation: this decision sets the stage for the reversal of the PA court decision that authorized extending the deadline for mail-in ballots. That authority belongs to the legislature, and there we are talking about shittons of ballots, as you well know. So much for Schumer's claim that all of the President's "frivolous" legal challenges are being laughed out of court. And so much for your claim that you care about "facts".
