I haven't had time to read it, I was just assuming those incidences would and should be excluded. How naive of me to think they'd use any common sense.

I think the idea is to make it clear to the liberals that lawfare is no longer going to be a one-way street. This is about survival, not common sense. If you think it's ugly now, just wait until X-mas rolls around.
