She has imposed lighter sentences for child porn than federal guidelines recommend several times. So for you to support her just because she's a black woman is far worse judgment skills. And I dont care that it is common and other judges do it as well, I dont think they're great either. They should all be held accountable when these sickos get out and do it again when they were given lighter sentences.
I don't have a problem with that at all, because locking people up for possession of CP does nothing to shut down the traffickers and the rings that cater to the well-to-do.
