Do they put you under for a c-section? Probably not a good idea if someone has a life-threatening illness.
May be a moot point because a lot of women are having miscarriages after being vaccinated.
They can do an emergency c-section like any other emergency surgery. If the baby is viable and has a chance of living outside of the womb no reputable doctor is going to extract it and kill it, it's just not necessary. I know women who have had life threatening illness during late term pregnancy and the goal is to get the baby out alive quickly as possible, not perform an abortion.
