@Whoever, what are other things that are decided at the state level verses federal level? I can think of a few-but I'm just curious if I am missing something.

My Governor recently signed new legislation about guns--

Ban on the sale of assault style weapons
Increased the age to buy most firearms from 18 to 21
Strengthened background checks
Limits on high capacity magazines
A ban on the use of devices that covert handguns into semi-automatic

We already have red flag legislation.

The lawmakers on both sides got together after Uvalde and worked together to get this legislation passed.
