BK back in court today and waived his right to a speedy trial.
Prelim hearing set for 6/24/2023 at 9am PST

He had little scratches on his face - apparently was confirmed it was from shaving. 
Guess those prison razors are pretty cheap. 

His attorney has filed for change of venue. Guessing that will be discussed/decided at Prelim hearing.
She has also filed a Motion for Discovery.
The Discovery document is what I’m dying to see - probably will be several weeks until a response is filed by Prosecution. And wondering if will be made available publicly and if so, how much will be redacted/ kept from public consumption.
