They interviewed some black people that lived there for years and they said that the thought has never crossed their mind, but thank you white people for telling us what we should be mad about.

This kind of thing happens A LOT! There is a fuck ton of white people who have no business speaking for others. I may have been guilty of it, I can't say for sure because I always try to say I'm speaking only for myself, or speaking from MY experience.
