I had to look up Indian fry bread because of course the festival doesn't have that either. 

  And here I thought fry bread, like salsa, has been adopted everywhere!  It's a huge thing in the Southwest . . . like sopapillas. (Note to Canadian and Eastern visitors . . . they are not the same.)

And the proper ingredients for and the correct preparation of fry bread has caused many an argument, with lasting hard feelings, amongst friends and family.
