I shouldn't be, but once again, I am astounded by how little you know about our government and how it is supposed to work, and how it actually works.
If attacked, there are procedures in place called Continuity of Government; the one thing the government does well is play war games.
The fact that Biden has been brain-dead for 50 years only proves the system in DC is the problem, not the people supposedly running the show.
Seriously, who is actually running the country? The blind can see it isn't Biden, and not knowing the answer should scare the shit out of all of us.
