I always look around and feel like everyone is thinking the same thing as me when I board a plane, "we all might die!".

Me too. And even though I’m agnostic at best, I’m semi glad to see babies and toddlers board (as long as they’re not sitting next to me) cuz I think surely if there is a god he/she won’t let this plane go down with those children on here. 

I also know that’s the stupid part of my brain trying to talk me down.
