There was a song from the 60’s or 70’s that, IIRC, contained the phrase “water color” or colors. I remember the singer was male and it was kind of a blues (very mellow rock) hit but I can’t find it. It’s not the more recent song “Colors”..

It’s making me crazy looking for it.

Nah. I’ve given up; false memory? I thought it was sort of bluesy like the “Colors” song of 5 years ago but had “misty” and “water colors”. 

But I wasted enough time searching lyrics and listening to songs that weren’t it. 

Thank you for wondering though. All the other assholes in here just left me out to dry, fuckers.

Water color Days by Bobby Goldsboro is what I found, but I have no idea why anyone would want to listen to that fucking song.
