This product is incredible for cleaning all kinds of difficult materials and locations. It's particuarly great for keeping gas cooktops clean - which is a real problem for anyone who's ever tried to accomplish this. If you own a gas stove or cooktop, you've got to get one of these

This thing is almost useless. I bought it thinking "well it probablly won't clean the grout, but the sinks and other small stuff." Well, it doesn't even do that. The steam doesn't get hot enough to do anything and there is almost a constant spray of steam coming out even when you are not holding onto the trigger. Would never purchase again.
