Fortunately I'm intelligent enough to not aspire to be a fucking roofer as a kid. I own the roofing business and the women make just as much as the men, there have only been two of them, however. One of them was my half sister and they make just as much as the men. My sister got the low rung of the ladder, total fucking crackhead.
