What happened last night? Something put you in this frame of mind.
Just a long day of shopping. Everything was going good(even found a good parking spot I don't need to move my car until Friday morning) and then I left in the cart or at the register the smokehouse maple spice I bought. I'm also disappointed in myself that I didn't clean the apartment today like wanted. It hasn't been cleaned in over a month. I forgot to pick up swiffer wet jet pads and because I started shopping so late on Saturday and I didn't make a list, I picked up the same old unhealthy food instead of trying to buy healthier food. I'll probably just wait until I see a nutritionist before I start my dieting. Anxiety rant over.
