I'm debating getting both me and my daughter the flu shot.

I've been thinking about it too. I used to get one until the year I got it and was sick within hours. I blamed the shot which is just ridiculous. I've never had the flu but I did have the Norovirus and I've never been more sick in my life.

You have my sympathies. Both my daughter and I got swine flu many years ago. She wound up in hospital. I ought to have gone and suffered badly for not. (Who would have thought working through it was possibly a bad idea?)

There is a bit of flu in the flu shot to kick start the immune system.not much but some people do get a little sick from it.
