Ernest Wallace is now in Massachusetts and will be arraigned today, according to reports by the Bristol County District Attorney’s office.
Authorities have confirmed that he was in the car with Hernandez, Ortiz and Odin Lloyd the night that Lloyd was murdered.
He's expected to be charged as an accessory after-the-fact to murder. Ortiz is being held on weapons charges.
An earlier report quoted LE as saying that Hernandez and his accomplices shot Lloyd, but Hernandez is the only one with a murder charge hanging over his head at this time. That could change, but it makes me wonder if Ortiz's story is that Hernandez shot and killed Lloyd and that he and Wallace were then ordered to shoot Lloyd's body. Or, maybe that earlier police statement about more than one shooter was intentionally or unintentionally false? Curious.
Perhaps some new information regarding the prosecution’s case against the three suspects will be revealed at Wallace's arraignment today.

Nothing new learned at Wallace's deposition (which took about 2 minutes).
He is charged with accessory after-the-fact and continues to be held without bail.
However, according to linked video report below, the previously impounded search warrants against Hernandez will be released and available for public review tomorrow afternoon. Interested in reading those.

The 12 page search warrant for Aaron Hernandez was just released. PDF copy here:
http://www.courant.com/news/breaking/hc-....htmlstory.
Below are some highlights from the search warrant and other unsealed court docs.
Aaron Hernandez:
When police first went to his home on June 17, Hernandez went into his house, slammed the door and locked it when investigators told him they were looking into a person's death. He did not ask whose death was being investigated, and officers said that "Mr. Hernandez's demeanor did not indicate any concern for the death of any person."
Shayanna Jenkins:
Hernandez's fiance cooperated with police at the start of the investigation. She broke into tears when police first told her about Lloyd's murder. Her sister had been dating Lloyd. Jenkins later told police that Lloyd dealt marijuana. Cooperation from Jenkins ended later in the investigation when she was told by Hernandez that his agent did not want her speaking to investigators without an attorney present.
Communications between Hernandez and the Victim:
Warrants also revealed the content from a series of text messages between Aaron Hernandez and Odin Lloyd on Sunday, June 16, the night investigators allege that Lloyd was murdered. The last message sent in the exchange came from Lloyd at 12:22 a.m. It read, "we still on."
Caught on Tape:
Surveillance footage shows Hernandez and two other men, one of whom was identified as the recently apprehended Ernest Wallace, leaving his house that night a little after 1 a.m. and returning around 3 a.m.
Items Removed from the Home:
The documents also list items removed by police from Hernandez's house, including a scale believed to be used to weigh drugs, cell phones, iPads, a hard drive, ammunition, articles of clothing and more.

Looks like it yeah.
Premier league footballers in the UK get in trouble all the time and have exactly the same arrogant and shitty attitude as Hernandez.
Overpaid, overvalued, overinflated, over the whole world.

OJ makes Hernandez look like a rocket scientist when it comes to murder, though they both seem to share the same hubris.
Hernandez is unbelievably stupid. Eye witnesses, video cams, text messages... Evidence everywhere.
One of Hernandez's alleged accomplices, Carlos Ortiz, is spilling all to investigators. He'll probably get a sweet deal, if not immunity. He appeared in court today and agreed to remain behind bars without bail (probably the safest place for him to be if he's guarded).
According to the docs just released, Ortiz claims that he had no idea a murder would be going down. He says that Lloyd, Hernandez, and Wallace got out of the car to urinate and that's when Lloyd was shot and killed.
Ortiz says it was too dark for him to see who shot Lloyd, but Wallace told him on their drive home that it was Hernandez.
A little too self-serving to be completely believable, imo. But, I'm glad he's talking.

The bigger they are, the harder they fall.
Aaron Hernandez has swapped his $1.3m mansion for a 7ft by 10ft grim prison cell where the other inmates think he is a 'punk'.
The former New England Patriots star, who was arrested last month for murder, is adjusting to life in the Bristol County House of Correction in Massachusetts, where he has less space than a bathroom in his old house.
He is locked down in solitary for 21 hours a day and is only allowed one hour of exercise a day in a cage-like pen with a guard watching him at all times.
His 6ft by 1inch frame is so large that he does not even fit on his standard issue metal bed.
And gone are his Patriots nutritional consultants to ensure he is eating the right food - in their place are unhealthy muffins, grits for breakfast and burritos for dinner.
Inside his prison cell - which he has to keep neat at all times - is the metal bed with thin mattress, a pillow and a blanket, a combined toilet and sink with a seat that doesn’t fit and a small metal desk with a stool attached to it.
Each day begins with breakfast at 6am for Inmate No. 174594, formerly No. 81 for the Patriots, said Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson. He said: ‘He’ll get an egg - one egg, and a portion of grits. Nobody is asking Hernandez, 23, for autographs as prison guards have been told to treat him like anybody else.

I just read that it cost the Patriots a cool quarter of a million dollars to do that jersey swap. I think that's a bargain price for the amount of good will & great publicity that it generated.

Good non-fiscal return on investment, no doubt.
So, today Alexander Bradley testified in front of the Grand Jury investigating Aaron Hernandez.
Either Bradley was scared to tell the truth when he was shot by Hernandez or he didn't think anyone would believe him and was just trying to get his medical bills covered without making waves. He only asked for $100k in his lawsuit against Hernandez.
snip:
"We don't know whether (the gunshot) was accidental or deliberate," Bradley's attorney, David Jaroslawicz, told USA TODAY Sports when the lawsuit was filed in June. "If we get to take Mr. Hernandez's testimony, perhaps he will tell us he accidentally pulled the trigger or maybe he did it on purpose." (HOTD: sure, he'll say he did it on purpose. )
Hernandez has yet to answer the complaint, Jaroslawicz said Monday.
Bradley was found alone and bleeding from the face and arm in a Riviera Beach, Fla., industrial park, about an hour north of the strip club, police said. "I think he was left there because they thought he would be dead," Jaroslawicz told USA TODAY Sports last month.
Jaroslawicz said Bradley had known Hernandez for several years and had worked for him. "He thought they were friends," Jaroslawicz said.

Probable Cause Hearing Delayed
A Massachusetts judge today gave prosecutors more time to present evidence to a grand jury in their case against former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez.
Judge Daniel O'Shea rescheduled the probable cause hearing for Aug. 22, after considering defense objections to a delay. Hernandez will be held without bail until then.
Hernandez attorney James Sultan objected to the delay, saying his client has already been jailed for four weeks and that the district attorney could have waited to bring charges, but chose to go ahead last month.
"He made it sound like a slam dunk case," Sultan said.
Outside court, another of Hernandez's attorneys, Charles Rankin, said he's confident Hernandez will be exonerated and his attorneys were "extremely disappointed" that prosecutors weren't prepared to present their case. Hernandez's girlfriend, Shayanna Jenkins, was in court for the hearing but said outside the courthouse that she had no comment.
Also Wednesday, O'Shea ruled in favor of media organizations including The Associated Press and ordered the release of two arrest warrants and other search warrants and materials that have been impounded. They'll be released at 3 p.m. Thursday if no one appeals.

Also today, Coach Belichick made his first public statements regarding Hernandez's arrest...
Belichick says the Patriots will learn from "this terrible experience," and that it's time for New England to "move forward." Belichick called the day of Hernandez's arrest a "sad day on so many levels."
"Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim and I extend my sympathy really to everyone who's been impacted," Belichick continued. "A young man lost his life and his family has suffered a tragic loss and there's no way to understate that."
"We'll continue to evaluate the way that we do things, the way that we evaluate our players and we'll do it on a regular basis," Belichick said. "I'm not perfect on that, but I always do what I think is best for the football team."
The coach was asked if the Patriots will re-evaluate their draft strategy, and focus more on off-the-field issues when scouting college players.
"The draft is some time away," he said. "We have a process in place. Can it be improved? Can it be modified? It certainly can, and we'll look at that."
Team owner Robert Kraft has said he was "duped" by Hernandez. Quarterback Tom Brady and the team's other five captains are scheduled to speak with reporters on Thursday when training camp opens. The first practice is set for Friday.

Mr. Kraft is a very smart man. I don't think he was really duped, I think Aaron was protected for years, I think his issues with anger got hidden, people looked the other way.
I think it sucks that players are going to be asked questions about this and be expected to treat the media kindly.

According to police, they have not found the .45 caliber gun used to murder Odin Lloyd. They believe Hernandez disposed of it before shutting off his surveillance.
But, they did recover footage from the home surveillance system showing Hernandez with a gun just after the killing and released that yesterday.
Today, Ernest Wallace appeared in court. Prosecutors are calling him Hernandez's right hand man. Wallace's attorney asked for $10,000 bail; he wants to return to Florida to be with his family. The court ordered that he stay put and he is being held on $500,000 bail.

AH - The Kiss of Death...
First, the husband of Hernandez's cousin (who reportedly had close ties to Hernandez's suspicious uncle) died in a freak car accident just after Hernandez was arrested.
Now, one of Hernandez's other uncles is dead. The man was reportedly riding a Moped without a helmet and crashed. Also under investigation.
Might be a bit difficult for prosecutors to get anyone connected to AH to testify against him, given these unfortunate freak accidents.

At this point I would just like to say that "those people", whatever color they may be, get labeled the way they do because of the impression they leave others with. Don't want to be called a thug, then pull your fuckin' pants up. Fricken tards. They need to own their own shit and take responsibility for why people view them as many do.
