Presidential race 2016
Who gives a shit if she's homely, it's not like Trump is the sexiest man in the world.

Sarah Palin is the only woman in politics that I can think of right of the top that is a classic beauty, but she's a fucking clown.

I don't think Carly Fiorina is homely, but I wouldn't care if she was.

I don't think Hillary Clinton is homely either, but I wouldn't care if she was.

I think Sarah Palin is attractive and Michele Bachmann is beautiful. Palin is a clown, and Bachmann is pretty sharp but too extreme in her views - in my opinion.

Anyway, Fiorina clearly doesn't care if Trump thinks she's homely; she's milking his idiotic comments for her own benefit and using his attempted derision as a campaign slogan.

I think Trump knows that kinda shit won't hurt Fiorina and he'll probably attack her record as CEO of Hewlett Packard tomorrow night. If so, I just bet she'll be ready with all kinds of ammunition to blast his ass right back.

At least you're consistent in displaying your depth of knowledge when it comes to women, F.U.

Of course you're right. The savvy, always impeccably-tailored and coiffed, self-made multi-millionaire is probably in emergency plastic surgery as we speak; praying like the dickens that if she loses the debate, she might at least qualify for the Mrs. America pageant.

I just hope she doesn't read Mock and find out that she has no shot with you. THAT would surely bring the little lady to tears! hah

So you think she wont worry about her appearance then?

I don't think she'll worry about her appearance any more or less than she did before Trump's comments.

Fiorina wants to run the most powerful country in the world, not star in Donald Trump's jerk-off fantasies.

Anyway, she's made public appearances since Trump's remarks were released and looked the same as always, and proud of it. Furthermore, she's made her face the focus of her current campaign ads following his remarks -- "look at this face, the face of leadership", she proclaims.

It's obvious Fiorina cares about her appearance already; I don't thinks she'll "worry" about people thinking she's ugly because of Trump's stupid remarks. I think she'll just capitalize on those remarks for as long as she can.

And, if Trump were so stupid as to follow your suggestion and say, "see, I told you she's ugly", he'd be playing right into her hand. He knows that -- that's why he already backpedaled and said he wasn't talking about her appearance, he was instead talking about her "persona". The man's a blatant bullshitter alright.

I don't think he cares weather or not he plays into her hand. To me he seams like his goal is to rattle cages. I don't know if he is serious about running , or just out to ruffle feathers and say what a lot of people think. I think he is fun to watch. You never know what will come out of his mouth. Do I consider him a potential candidate or not ? Hmm . . . I will have to think about that one.

I just listened to Joe Biden sounding very presidential while condemning Donald Trump. He sure looked and sounded the part.

He was speaking at a reception for Hispanic Heritage Month.

Let's see what Trump tosses back at Uncle Joe.

Trump Bashing Day

- Joe Biden did it with earnest condemnation.

- Hillary Clinton mocked Donald Trump at an Iowa campaign rally today, and did a little impersonation of him and his detail-free platform.

- And, Bobby Jindal - GOP Presidential candidate - wrote a scathing op-ed piece which was featured in CNN today. Below is a snip of it.

Our country is slipping away. The liberalism and incompetence of the Obama administration have pushed us to the edge of a socialist abyss.

Last week, I said on national television that Donald Trump is a shallow, unserious, substance-free, narcissistic egomaniac.

His problem with Washington isn't big government, it's that he's not running it. He's not liberal, moderate or conservative. He's not Republican or Democrat. Donald Trump is for Donald Trump. He believes only in himself.

Like all narcissists, Trump is insecure, weak and afraid of being exposed. That's why he's constantly telling us how big and rich and great he is, and how insignificant everyone else is.

Like a kid in a superhero costume, Trump compares himself to Ronald Reagan, wearing the Gipper's slogan on his forehead as if he just thought of it. But whereas Reagan was a terrible entertainer and a great statesman, Trump is a great entertainer who would be a terrible statesman.

Wait...Ronnie was a terrible entertainer?

I've never watched his work. I wasn't terribly interested in politics when he was President but when he spoke, it was enthralling.

Me too.

One really good thing about Trump being in the race, for me, is that his presence and level of public support has lit a fire under the other contenders.

Some that were assumed to be "in" because of the big money backing they've secured from special interests (Bush, Walker, Rubio, Cruz) are now in survival mode and really working to appeal directly to voters. Good.

I'd like to see the moderators encourage debate on actual policy issues and not only personal/character ones though.

Maybe the topic of gay marriage and the Kim Davis circus will be broached? I hope so. There are several GOP candidates who have expressed a clear understanding of the Constitution's separation of church and state for governmental agents, in relation to individual/private religious freedom and speech. I'd like to see them have an opportunity to address the issue on the debate stage. They do not support Kim Davis.

In my opinion, Huckabee and Cruz have given the whole GOP a bad rap by association because their Swaggart-like support of Kim Davis and their off-base comments about the role of the Supreme Court got so much press.
