I understand the concept of don't have if you cant afford [and I don't like them living off my tax dollar either], but wow. Gut them if they have to many kids, just because they suck the GOV teet? What's next, forced adoption? Yea that's it, lets make those who cannot afford kids adopt their kids out. That way those that want but cannot have children, but can afford them, will have children.

I'm all for prisons being hellholes so they are more of a deterrent but coercing prisoners into steriziliation is definitely in fascist state territory.

Yeah, I don't agree with permanent sterilisation, but they should get the implant for the payment. When they want to have kids, the implant comes out and the payment stops.

I still don't think that justifies coercing prisoners into being sterilized though.

I don't think its fascism at all, its an economic decision, there is No reason at all my tax money should go to the continuation of welfare professionals. If you need the help, no problem, here is the help and here are the conditions that go with it.
If your breeding age and on welfare the implant is a good way to go. When you got your shit together and no longer need my money the implant comes out. Pop out more kids you can't feed and there should be penalties.

Notice that color, ethnicity or background is not mentioned, it should not matter at all.
