One can only hope & pray that Casey finally gets what she truly deserves! Start by tying her up to a really big dart board, and yes, throw darts at her untill she has been hit at least 100 times. And then, & only then, just outright shoot her 100 times in front of a firing squad!
Carsman: Loves Living Large Home is where you're treated the best, but complain the most! Life is short, make the most of it, get outta here!
Day 2. george is crying on the stand. i don't think he's wrapped real tight. dopey and whiny. and lying for his nasty skank daughter.
waiting to hear what brother Lee has to say.
3:15 p.m. -- Lee Anthony is on the stand saying law enforcement encouraged him to talk with Casey about the case since they couldn't talk with her. The court is now watching a jail house visit video of Casey and Lee.
3:06 p.m. -- Casey's brother, Lee Anthony takes the stand.
2:56 p.m. -- Hearing resumes
2:41 p.m. -- Court goes into recess
1:55 p.m. -- George Anthony takes the stand and is being cross examined by the State.
State is trying to prove George, his wife Cindy and son Lee, were conducting an independent investigation in hopes of finding Caylee. George says he would sell his soul to the devil to get his granddaughter back.
He became confrontational toward Asst. State Attorney Linda Drane Burdick. Burdick asked Judge to step in to get him to stop talking. George then cut the judge off. Judge stopped him and told him if he needed a break they would take a recess but that he is expected to answer the questions he is asked. George once again said this was difficult for him to talk about and he just wants to get it over with.

and she didn't report the child missing for 31 days, even then her mother cindy the whacko forced that issue. who the hell doesn't report their little child missing and goes out clubbing every night??
I believe she used chloroform to drug the baby/keep her at bay while she partied it up, and put her somewhere when she went out to party...she discovered that she maybe used too much...?
I think the duct tape came into the situation when she was disposing of the body....I believe he used the duct tape to stop fluids from seeping out..? Or maybe to help cover any smell that would alert police dogs/people to the area the baby was found.
She is surely a sociopath no doubt about it. Sicko bitch!

ORANGE COUNTY — More than 200 pages of evidence were released in the Casey Anthony case today, including a report from the U.S. Naval Criminal Investigative Service detailing part of the FBI's probe into her daughter's disappearance.
The Naval inquiry involved Cpl. Mark Hawkins, a friend of Anthony's since high school, who was described as a source with "long term and intimate knowledge" of Caylee and her family.
Hawkins, who said he went on a few dates with Anthony but they never had a sexual relationship, said he had daily contact with Anthony over the summer of 2008. At one point, Anthony sent him a message that stated she had something to tell him, but she couldn't say it over the phone.
As part of the investigation, Hawkins came to Orlando and met with Anthony twice.
During one of those meetings, the FBI gave Hawkins a recording device.
The report said Hawkins asked Anthony what she meant about a message left over the summer, and Anthony said that her brother Lee Anthony "knew most of the story about what had happened to Caylee" and that she would tell the source about it "some day."
"No direct admissions of guilt were obtained and the recording was retained by FBI Orlando," the U.S. Naval Criminal Investigative Service report said.
Casey Anthony, 24, is accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie Anthony in the summer of 2008. Her trial is slated to begin in May.
Search volunteers complain about suspicious calls
Also made public today — Orange County deputies received numerous complaints from former Texas EquuSearch volunteers who said they received calls from someone representing themselves as an investigator calling "from the Orange County Courthouse."
Deputies ultimately determined the calls were made by investigators working for Anthony's defense attorney, Jose Baez.
Deputies checked into the complaints to determine whether the defense was misrepresenting itself as law enforcement or with the state attorney's office.
Investigators ultimately determined no crime was committed.
sure to endear himself to the judge, mason the inarticulate hillbilly files new motion against his rulings.
and casey likes to play lawyer in court. scribble scribble on a legal pad. hahaha

Casey Anthony's attorneys returned to court today for a second day of battles over scientific evidence that included surprising testimony about chloroform levels found in the trunk of her Pontiac Sunfire.
At the same time the defense team today filed a biting motion for a rehearing on its attempts to get Casey Anthony's statements to law enforcement and to her parents and brother and others inside the Orange County Jail kept out of her upcoming trial.
Chief Judge Belvin Perry recently issued orders denying earlier defense motions to keep her statements out. Those orders came after lengthy hearings on those matters earlier this month.
Anthony, 25, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie.
Today's defense motion for a rehearing cites "factual errors between testimony presented at hearing and the order denying [the] motion to suppress statements made to law enforcement officers."
The motion goes on to refer to a series of "inaccuracies" in Judge Perry's order regarding Casey Anthony's involvement with law enforcement early on in the case on July 15 and July 16 2008.
"Because there are factual inaccuracies in the court's order which were relied upon in reaching its conclusion, the undersigned respectfully asks that the court grant an additional hearing in order to rule on the actual facts in evidence," defense attorney Cheney Mason wrote in one part of the motion.
In another part of the nine-page motion, involving whether Casey Anthony was in custody when she gave early statements to investigators, Mason wrote, "the court did not look at the evidence from the hearing objectively and instead displays a clear bias in explaining law enforcement conduct…"
Mason is the one member of the defense team not in the courtroom today.
Vinnie Politan of “In Session” called it “the biggest moment of the day” at the Casey Anthony hearing today.
Dr. Arpad Vass of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee discussed his reaction to opening a can containing a carpet sample from Anthony’s car.
“First I jumped back about two feet,” Vass said.
Anthony looked up from her notes and quickly gazed at Vass.
“It was, to me, the smell of human decomposition,” Vass continued.
WFTV’s Kathi Belich called it “a bombshell that got even Casey’s attention.”
WESH -Channel 2’s Amanda Ober replayed the scene in the station’s 4 p.m. newscast. “Vass said over his career he’s personally overseen studies on at least 50 decomposing bodies and is intimately familiar with the unique odor,” Ober reported.
entire story at link. defense is desperate and there have been all kinds of picky-ass hearings/motions in past couple weeks.
one thing worth noting...it seems very possible to me that the defense is going to accuse casey's father george. to creat reasonable doubt. nice huh?

A debate about what kind of scientific evidence will be allowed at Casey Anthony's trial developed into one of the most contentious courtroom battles in her murder case.
At one point this morning, Chief Judge Belvin Perry shouted at the attorneys, something he never does. "Just a second," he yelled. "Everyone be quiet."
Tension escalated today between defense attorney Jose Baez and Assistant State Attorney Jeff Ashton, prompting Perry to threaten to fine them if the battle continues.
He's said to both Ashton and Baez that if their bickering and nasty comments and disrespect continues this afternoon, he will have them pay $100 each as a penalty.
"You're supposed to be seasoned lawyers," Perry said. "I look for a certain level of professionalism. I've had enough of the back and forth between the two of you."
Cindy used Febreze on car
Earlier, defense attorney Jose Baez called Casey's mother, Cindy Anthony, to the stand. They discussed air and chloroform issues from the Pontiac Sunfire that Casey was driving before Caylee Marie vanished.
A witness for the state found extremely high chloroform levels in the trunk of the car.
Cindy testified about airing out the car in mid July 2008. She said she sprayed the entire car with Febreze and placed dryer sheets, fabric softeners throughout the vehicle.
Cindy Anthony says the car was possibly aired out for 10 hours at the home. Air samples were never conducted on her home garage.
She says she had no chloroform at the home. "I've never worked with chloroform or been around chloroform," she said.
Assistant State Attorney Jeff Ashton asked why she did not speak about the dryer sheets during her deposition. Cindy said she was on new antidepressant drugs at the time. She recalls new things over time.
She also described the odor from the car again, saying, "At that time it was the worst thing I had ever smelled in my life."
This has been one case that I feel the closest too. Caylee would have been the same age as my daughter, it makes me sick to see her walk into a court room with that smirk. She honestly thinks she will get away with this, and BOZO (as you call him) he is definitely a piece of work. Never in my years of working in law have I ever seen a pompous arrogant uneducated defense attorney. I would LOVE to know what law school he graduated from…I highly doubt it was a reputable one.
My entire opinion on this case is this, I know she killed little Caylee. How is what I am still trying to figure out, I have gone back and forth so many times of how/when/why.
And from my current readings of this case, are Casey Anthony’s parents taking her side now?
casey's parents, cindy and george, have defended her and lied for her since day 1. even today, cindy got on the stand and said her initial comments to police about the death odor in the car was because of her meds. she and george have been greedy media whores through this entire fiasco. they got tats and went on a cruise while their house was in foreclosure. i am sure george has mental problems, and not just from his "suicide" attempt in daytona. they profited from the death of their grandchild, took money from TV and selling her photos.
the defense is pathetic and grasping and desperate. bozo and mason the mayberry act, are sending her right to death row with their bullshit.
Thanks. Mental Status…that to me is a joke. Clearly in every photo from that 30 day timeframe (before she reported her missing) she is pissing on the ground, getting a tattoo or drinking. I am thinking she was having a freaking blast during that time, childfree.
I strongly feel she is all about attention, and likes to have the focus on her.
Casey Anthony and her defense team will be back in court this afternoon, where lawyers will argue over mental-health examinations.
Prosecutors want to prohibit any reference to or mention of the findings of two defense experts, Dr. Jeffrey Danziger and Dr. William Weitz.
Their reports were provided to the prosecution late last month, but have not been released publicly.
Prosecutor Jeff Ashton's motion said the doctors' reports and a defense motion to add them as witnesses "reveal that the testimony does not relate to a legal defense to any of the charges contained in the indictment."
The motion also said the reports are based entirely on statements made to them by Anthony, and that the doctors didn't diagnose Anthony "as suffering from any clinical or personality disorders as recognized by the American Psychiatric Association."
But according to another motion filed by the state Thursday, the defense withdrew Danziger's name as a witness on Wednesday.
In that motion, prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick asks the court to unseal Danziger and Weitz' depositions.
The prosecutor argued that in order for the state "to fully evaluate the claims and opinions revealed in the depositions, it will be necessary to show the depositions to select third parties."
"As was done with the autopsy and crime scene photographs, the Court can place restrictions on the dissemination of information so as to not inhibit the ability of any party to investigate the statements made in deposition," the state's motion said.
Lawyers are also slated to argue over another motion filed by the state — prosecutors want the court to order Anthony to submit to one of their mental health experts.
In response, Anthony's defense team filed a motion objecting to any state-sponsored mental health examination.
The defense said that should the court require Anthony be evaluated by a state mental-health expert, her attorneys want to be present during that exam. If that's the case, the defense also said, they request that all inquiries by the state's expert be limited to the area of the defense's rebuttal of consciousness of guilty.
i'll bet if there is a penalty phase after the guilt phase, the defense will be crying mental issues to save her from death penalty.
