Carsman: this case is going to take a long time and I think there is a lot left to be unveiled...and even if he creates some gaps now can't those gaps be filled later? I'm not amazed by his lawyer skills by any means.

I am (as someone stated before) just amazed at the ease of her lying and how she just lets it roll with the details. Outside looking in how did she not know/see the snowball getting bigger and eventually gonna crash? and how could cindy and george be in such denial? i haven't felt bad for cindy or george yet but i'm not in their shoes either.

Please tell me you don't actually believe that stupidity. A man who murders his wife (or was she his ex-wife at the time?) and her boyfriend is more miserable about some disconnect with his kids than going to prison? That's the dumbest thing I've heard ever. OJ was trying to save his ass--that's all he cared about.

Somehow I doubt the psychopath is sitting in prison wishing he'd fessed up to his crimes so his kids would like him more.

I believe Casey, NOT Bozo, will be the cause for a juror (or two) to have doubt.

Watch her. Observe her body language. Watch as she stands or sits. She's chumming and trolling for male attention (affection).

It will probably be a younger single male or a male with multiple marriages who will be seduced by her "charms" and "feminine wiles".

I don't believe she cares if the juror is hung, just that the jury is deadlocked.

Jose has already admitted that Casey lied and that those are fictitious people that she made up. It just cements the fact that she is a habitual liar! That is certainly not enough proof for a jury. I believe she is guilty. I just don't know the extent of her involvement or if she acted alone. I think she probably acted alone (whether the death was accidental or intentional), but solicited help to conceal the act. I think the death may not have been premeditated but rather a result of her careless and incompetent parenting skills (or complete lack of). Maybe she drugged Caley so she could party and returned to find her dead or near death, hence the duct tape. She freaked out and asked Daddy to help her out (afterall, he owed her...she had to go to school with penis breath). I think Cindy was made aware of what happened much later after the incident. I think Lee may have knowledge as well. Or perhaps she did it all on her own and made up her defense (Dad finding Caley...sexual abuse) and hoped or assumed that Daddy would go along with it to spare his daughter's life...after all, he owed her. I just can't believe that a mother could intentional murder their child just to be free of them (even though many women have confessed to doing it). We'll never know exactly what happened ..and that bugs the hell out of me!

I agree, I would never want to be on a jury, especially one like this. I'm convinced she's guilty and have been from the get-go. The truth coming out from witnesses just makes me believe it more.

Still trying to figure out what he is trying to do with certain witness'. He ends a lot of his questioning with “do you know what happened to Caylee”. What I was starting to think is that he is trying to put (for whatever reason) a doubt in the jurors head as to why they are called as a witness. BUT then it wouldn’t make sense to why he is doing that unless he does not know how to handle a TRIAL. I have no idea, I have worked for a criminal defense attorney for 4 years, and I for the life of me cannot figure out what he is doing with the state’s witnesses. OTHER then screwing up every other question, fumbling over his words, and not even having the correct information.
