Did anyone hear about a defence star witness giving an interview on wed before he flew to Orlando to testify.

If true, must have been Werner Spitz. I'm sure he will say Caylee died of drowning I saw him during the Spector trial. I do wonder how long he has known that he is to go with drowning vs napper.

While prosecutors claim Anthony suffocated Caylee with duct tape, Spitz said the cause of death is undetermined.

Spitz said he is questioning the failure of Dr. Jan C. Garavaglia, chief medical examiner for the District Nine (Orange-Osceola) Medical Examiner's Office in Florida, to open the child's skull during the original autopsy. Spitz said he has seen cases solved due to opening the skull.

"This case brings back another case that I had once where that the fact that the head had not been opened, and when I opened it, it brought out the cause of death in that case," Spitz said.

ya thats the guy another news station fox i think picked up his interview and said giving an interview before testimony is so unprofesinole. He also mentioned he was getting paid but has not turned in a bill in years and he was not worried about it right now.

California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla is back in town, and it didn't take long for his presence to be noticed by George and Cindy Anthony.

Padilla was outside the Anthony home with a camera crew Wednesday evening on Hopespring Drive when the Anthonys called 911, and Orange County deputy sheriff's responded, Padilla said.

The bounty hunter was a fixture in the Orlando area as the Caylee Anthony case unfolded in 2008 and 2009. Padilla, who is also a bail bondsman, bonded Anthony out of jail. When he found her uncooperative, he began his own search for the missing toddler.

Padilla said he was with Judge Jeanine Pirro and a camera crew for her show on the Fox News Channel when deputies arrived, saying Padilla had to leave because there was a restraining order against him.

Padilla said he denied that there was any such order, and that Pirro "became a judge real quick," citing "chapter and verse" of the law to the deputies.

The bounty hunter, judge and crew then left the scene.

The judge had asked Padilla to show her the proximity of the Anthony home to the site where Caylee's body was found, he said.

His appearance on "The Judge Jeanine Pirro" show is scheduled for Saturday on Fox News Channel, Padilla said.

Padilla is also to discuss the case during an appearance tonight at 9 on "Dr. Drew" on HLN.

casey was busy screwing her father and brother simultaneously so she left the baby with the imaginanny. the imaginanny then drowned the child in the pool and got a passing meter-reader, kronk, to hide the body in the palmetto scrub. later the ex-con found the body and wrapped duct tape around her face. then george came along and put her in trash and laundry bags from their house. then he put her in the trunk of the car for a few days to frame casey.

casey was forced to go look for Caylee in a nightclub in orlando every night, and fuck all the males and some of the females to interrogate them. it was a great sacrifice for her.

about padilla...he has claimed twice (that i have seen), that the police knew where Caylee's body was all along during the long search. that kronk's girlfriend worked at the jail, overheard it, and told him. it absolutely outrages me that he would spread garbage like that. i knew he was a ridiculous parody of a "bounty hunter" and assclown, but that is bad even for him. if that's true baez better bring kronk and his girlfriend to the stand and reveal it. or padilla should go crawl back into his gorilla enclosure and smear himself with feces. no insult towards gorillas intended.

i am worried about this jury. #4 in particular. i don't think i could take another o.j. abortion on Lady Justice. but we all know it could happen. send good karma to this jury to do what's right. that's all we can hope for.

I couldn't believe what he was saying nor could those on the panel including the lawyer (can't think of his name off hand) that is representing him in the event the Anthony's take action against him... he in particular was dumbfounded at what he was saying! After listening to some commentary about Juror #4, my opinion has changed somewhat. She is a devoutly religious person and was honest in saying it is very difficult for her to pass judgement on anyone. The defense fought hard to keep her on the panel (duh) as did the State, ultimately and unfortunately for her, she had to stay. Now lets just hope that the evidence presented to her and the rest of the jurors helps them all make the right decision. As far as I'm concerned Casey can rot in prison forever, death would just be a bonus at this point.
