WFTV
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Investigators who worked on the Casey Anthony case are holding a press conference on Tuesday.

The detectives from the Orange County Sheriff's Office, who worked many long, hard hours searching for Caylee Anthony for six months after Casey now admits she was dead, shared their thoughts and feelings with reporters at the sheriff's headquarters.

Seven investigators who searched for Caylee and processed the evidence against Casey, including the crime scene investigators, cadaver dog handler and the computer crimes expert, answered WFTV's questions about the investigation.

Orange County Sheriff's Detective Yuri Melich, who was the lead investigator in the murder case, was among the sheriff's officers who were finally able to tell their stories now that the case is closed.

"She never said it was an accident," Melich said. "She wouldn't tell us the truth."

Melich and Sgt. John Allen were the ones who took Casey to Universal Studios to see how far she'd take her lies about what happened to Caylee. They questioned her extensively, only to have her dig in her heels and cling to her lies.

Sgt. Eric Edwards, who questioned Casey the day she was indicted for first-degree murder, also answered reporters' questions.

Also, among those who spoke are the crime scene investigators who processed Casey's car, the officers at the scene where Caylee's remains were found and at the Anthonys' home. The computer crimes detective who traced the searches for chloroform, neck-breaking and other topics related to death and injury, which investigators say were done by Casey as she planned how to kill her daughter Caylee three months before she died, also spoke at the conference.

Ouch. All the coverage and I missed that the computer search was done
three months ahead.

There must be mental illness here. Killing the child would make every
thing go away? Her brain did not process "What happens when Caylee
is not around?" WOW.

Texas Equusearch has filed suit.

WFTV
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony is only days away from being released from jail and she already faces a new lawsuit and expenses that she may have to pay for the time spent searching for her daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.

Orange County Sheriff's Office officials said on Tuesday during a press conference that they are investigating a case of witness tampering, and they are tallying the expenses that Casey may have to pay them for the time they spent searching for Caylee.

The investigators said they have devoted three years of their lives to the case.
Investigators said the search for Caylee and investigation into her death took an emotional toll on them and no matter what the jury has said, they have no doubt that Casey murdered Caylee.

Caylee was always their focus. First to find her, and when her bones were found and her skeleton was wrapped with duct tape, they dedicated their time to finding her killer.

Detective Yuri Melich said during the press conference that Casey wouldn't tell him the truth.

Melich, who was the lead investigator in the murder case, was among the sheriff's officers who were finally able to tell their stories now that the case is closed.

"She never said it was an accident," Melich said. "She wouldn't tell us the truth."

The gruesome discovery took an emotional toll on detectives who have seen it all throughout their careers.

"To me, the personal toll was the fact that by looking at how they treated this poor child. Let the child rot in the woods is inhuman," Melich said.

The jurors might have had what they believe is reasonable doubt over not knowing exactly how Caylee died, but not the detectives.

"I certainly don't have any doubt. Working on this, I felt that our case was solid," said Sgt. John Allen.

The Casey case is closed, but the witness tampering investigation involving an altered Texas Equusearch document that was in the possession of her defense team is ongoing.

"A defense team investigator having possession of something that could be a fabricated document. How far could it go or don't you know yet?" reporter Kathi Belich asked Sgt. Allen.

"We don't know. Obviously we'll follow up. Obviously there are still a number of people we will need to interview in regard to that and we hope to get to the bottom of that," said Sgt. Allen.

Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch claims Casey's lies cost his search team $112,000 and has filed a lawsuit against her.

Miller said Casey owes the group money because Caylee was never really missing.

Miller needs to name George in the suit, too.

According to Baez, he was involved. Conspiracy.

Besides, I'd like to hear George say: "You can suck my dick, Casey, if you think I'm paying dime one, for your fuck-up!" under oath. hah

The judge in the Casey Anthony trial has been branded by a former mistress as big a liar as Casey!

Judge Perry was praised for his cool, methodical handling of the controversial Casey trial but a source close to the mistress Janis Williamson paints an entirely different picture.

The 61-year-jurist was a cheating cad who relentlessly pursued Miss Williamson and then dumped her to protect his career, claims the source.

Father-of-two Judge Perry repeatedly lied to federal investigators after she brought their relationship out into the open and slapped him with a lawsuit, The National Enquirer quotes the source as saying.'Judge Belvin Perry is as big a lair as Casey Anthony!' the source told the National Enquirer.

'Janis told me, "The main is a flat-out liar who tried to destroy my life. It sickens me to hear people praising him. They don't know him like I do. He's a hypocrite".'

Mr Perry began pursuing Miss Williamson when she was a deputy court administrator for Florida's Ninth Judicial Circuit in 1989, the source said.

Mr Perry was a circuit judge in Florida's Osceola County at the time.

The source said: 'Janis said Judge Perry kept coming into her room and flirting with her.

'They played chess together and he kept asking her to lunch.

'Janis told me "I'm a white woman from the South. The last thing I'd ever consider is having an affair with a black man. But Belvin persisted and one day he gave me a $250 JVC CD player".'(HIGH-END WHORE $$$)

When asked what she had done to deserve such a gift, according to Janis the judge allegedly answered: 'Why don't you just give me a kiss.'

The affair began soon after, the source said.

To set up their trysts, the judge would call to say he would be dropping off or leaving notes on her door with the code letter 'J', the source said.

'Janis told me that Belvin also invited her to parties at his home with his wife LaDrean and their two children.

'She said, "He seemed to get a thrill out of taking the risk",' the source added.

It is also claimed that Mr Perry took Janis, now 62, to his house while his wife was out of town.

According to the source, Mr Perry even juggled other women while he was cheating with Williamson.

'Janis told me that a woman called his hotel room when they were at a conference together, and Belvin admitted that he was seeing her,' the source said.

Mr Perry often talked about leaving his wife and children - Belvin III is a 35-year-old insurance agent and Kimberly, 31, is an investments adviser - for Miss Williamson, said the source.

'Belvin told Janis that he loved her and talked about marrying her,' said the source. 'But she told me, "I cared about Belvin, but I never loved him".'

Miss Williamson now works as a consultant for the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration in Tallahassee.

She claims that Mr Perry ordered her to deny their affair if it became public, said the source.

After he was elected Chief Judge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court in 1995, Mr allegedly arranged for Miss Williamson to be fired.

She filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

'Janis thinks Belvin had her terminated because it was too risky to continue their affair,' said the source.

When EEOC investigators questioned Mr Perry about Miss Williamson, he initially denied the affair before confessing they had a one-year dalliance and then eventually coming clean, the source said.

'Belvin didn't admit the truth until he realised Janis had proof,' the source added.

The proof included a calendar Miss Williamson kept, marking each sexually intimate tryst with a hand-drawn heart. A bizarre reminder of the heart-shaped sticker found on the duct tape wrapped around Calyee Anthony.

The source said other evidence included a monogrammed leather toiletry kit that he kept in his office which she still had the receipt for.

'She also had what she called her "Monica Lewinsky" evidence - used condoms that he left on her nightstand,' the source said. (classy broad)

In the wake of the scandal, Mr Perry stepped down as Chief Judge for two years, The Enquirer reports.

The EEOC case ended in 1999, when Miss Williamson received a $65,000 settlement.

The source said: 'Janis told me, "What Belvis did was no different from what he sentenced Casey Anthony to jail for doing - he lied to investigators and got caught".'

GET DEPO WHILE STILL IN JAIL! YES!

ORLANDO --

Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez want to make sure they will be able to take Casey Anthony's deposition within the next week.

Gonzalez's attorney John Morgan filed an emergency motion to compel Casey's appearance at a videotaped deposition. The court filing points to news reports indicating that Anthony may "leave the jurisdiction following her release."

Morgan also believes Anthony may, "leave the jurisdiction of this court, disguise herself, change her name, etc., making it impossible to ever depose her."

Morgan wants the court to either compel Casey to appear for the deposition on July 19 or prior to her release.

I am surprised that the settlement did not include non disclosure.
This woman is disgusting. She accuses him of lying and has her own guilt. She
could have said "No" to a married man. Most of us have at one

Juror 11 was NOT an Ashton fan.

http://www.myfoxtampabay.com/dpp/news/lo...y-07122011

"The foreman of the jury that acquitted Casey Anthony said he was "stunned" when the prosecution rested its case. He criticized prosecutor Jeff Ashton for his behavior and comments during the trial."

"The foreman also singled out prosecutor Jeff Ashton for his behavior at various points in the trial. He said he didn't like the way Ashton smirked during the defense's closing arguments. He also said he didn't like Ashton's reference to "pigs in a blanket" while questioning a defense expert about his experiments in decomposition."

ORLANDO --

A court hearing has been set for Friday in the civil case against Casey Anthony.

However, Casey's civil attorney Charles Greene said he isn't available and won't be there unless he's ordered to by the judge.

This is the case involving Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman suing Casey for defamation.

She is represented by attorney John Morgan.

The hearing was set for 10 a.m. Friday in front of Judge Jose Rodriguez.

Casey herself won't be there.

Greene said he plans to file an objection to the hearing.

He's calling this a "publicity stunt" that is "abusing the court process."

Earlier in the day, Morgan filed an emergency motion demanding that Casey’s deposition move forward between now and next Tuesday.

He indicates in the court filing he's worried she may leave the area.

it's just no use.

"Either she will assert the Fifth Amendment privilege or she's just going to say 'I'm not talking to you about this at all,'" WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said. "And good luck with getting a money damage and then super good luck on collecting."

Also, Texas Equusearch served Casey with a $112,000 lawsuit to her jail cell, since she now says Caylee never was missing.

I haven't posted on Mock in awhile but I check in ever so often. I was on vacation when the verdict came in and was ever so curious as to what Mock had to say about it. I have truly respected and agreed with so much that you say regarding all the cases you talk about Lady Cop. However, I guess I am one of the few that understand the verdict. I do not think that means she didn't do it because I believe she did but, I don't think they had hard evidence against her. I would have a hard time convicting her. I was surprised though that she didn't get some type of child endangerment charge for not reporting her child missing. I know how emotional this case is to everyone and again I say, just because they said she was not guilty doesn't mean she didnt do it but that they just couldnt prove it. In my opinion. I think she was a proven liar, idiot, cold hearted bitch and many other things and honestly I will be surprised if she isnt murdered herself but I am sorry to say that I didn't think the prosecution proved without a doubt that she was the murderer.
