I made Mac & Cheese last night for the kids.

Same thing, right?

Edit: Shit. Just looked at a picture of 'it' and it looks like the garbage I used to eat for breakfast in Norway. However, olives are good!

Good Stuff. I have no idea how to make it, so I snag a couple different kinds at Whole Foods from time to time

One of the best ways to make it is to get all the following ingredients on the list below, and make yourself a plate full, and knock your self out!

Pepperoni (thick slices
Pepperoncini Peppers (packed in vinegar and oil)
Provolone cheese, cubed
Black olives (pitted)
Green olives stuffed with pimiento
Artichoke hearts (one can)
Red wine vinegar
Whole button mushrooms
Cloves of fresh garlic (to taste)
Genoa salami
Italian dressing
Monterey Jack cheese
Mozzarella
Prosciutto
Copicola
Prosciutto
Bresaola
Parmigiano-Reggiano, cut into irregular chunks
Pinzimonio
Marinated Olives
Roasted Pepper
1 loaf focaccia bread, sliced
Romaine lettuce, cut into bite-size pieces
Butter lettuce, cut into bite-size pieces
Iceberg lettuce, cut into bite-size pieces
Red kidney beans, patted dry
Garbanzo beans, patted dry
2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
Red Wine Vinaigrette

(It's the only way to go! YUM!!)

A salad? Monterey Jack?

Antonio Carluccio would slap you both with a salami!

I have a recipe for Antipasto pasta salad that is really good and always gets raves from everyone.

Mix 1 box of cooked and cooled Rotini pasta with chopped or sliced pepperoni, cubed mozzarella, drained and sliced Pepperoncini or banana peppers, sliced black olives, halved cherry tomatoes, quartered artichoke hearts, chopped red onion, chopped cucumber and about a 12 cup of parmesan.

Mix one packet of powdered Ranch dressing with 12 cup of your favorite Italian dressing and stir into the pasta. Add more Italian dressing until everything is coated and refridgerate for a couple of hours.

That sounds very good. I would use that in another pasta salad that I make with broccoli, peppers & cucumbers. I always have Italian dressing on hand because I often use it as a marinade.

Antipasto...romaine, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, olives, roasted red peppers, oil and red wine vinegar, dash of basil, s and p. add a chunk of Italian bread and some romano broken up to wrap in bread and dip into dressing when done....and a glass of red. Heaven! (That's the real way...some thin slices of provolone broken up work too.)
