Connor is very visible in his community, he bikes a great deal and just bought some of his teammates bikes and as you said he takes SEPTA. He doesn't even leave during the off season, he completely makes his home in Philly, in the Rittenhouse Square 'hood. I love that some of these guys hangout together. He & Kelce went to Coachella and I've seen pix of other things a few of them do together. Riley hunts wild hogs. I think he's probably a hillbilly. Don't care, he's a cutie pie.

From what I read the base salary is only about 19M per year, which would put him 6^th best paid behind Peyton. That's about right, makes sense to me. 60 Million is still a lot of guaranteed tho.

Turns out before escalators the contract is for 114M, exactly 19M per year, and 13M fully guaranteed. The rest of the 61M is only against injury, and another 6M guar. evaporates if he doesn't hit those escalators. I think he's also required to take out an injury-related insurance policy that would pay the 9ers 20M. So really, it's a very team-friendly deal that just looks massive. If they want to dump him after 2014 they can before Apr 1^st. So they trade high salary for low commitment with injury guarantees at like 40M after the policy. Pretty fair.

Dude, good. Wild dogs are fuckin mean. My gf's mom has a farm, and left a couple of her previous dogs there for a while, and a pack of wild dogs attacked them. The one got all bit to hell while the other ran back to the house, and the old man ran out and scared the pack off with a shotgun and took the dog to the vet. He survived fine, but still, screw wild dogs.
