Russian forces, according to Antony Blinken, are "winterized"; Ukrainian frontline forces, according to former Marine colonel Andrew Milburn, are being decimated.
Milburn is an instructor in the Mozart Group, which is providing support to the Ukrainian military. They're now sending people who've never fired a gun to the front to take on the forces that kicked the shit out of ISIS in Syria, which is suicide. It's like Nazi Germany at the end of the war, enlisting children and old men.
But Zelensky has been named Time Magazine's person of the Year, so I guess everything is going according to plan. Go Ukraine!

I got caught up on the news of the week today and the number of people I saw complaining about this and calling Brittney unamerican and upset that a marine didn't get released-I mean imagine if this were your daughter. Should everyone be released? Sure, but it was her or no one apparently.
