Considering the Democrats are so pissed at Trump for winning the election I can see them ignoring the over 400,000 illegal immigrants that came into the country last year. The Art of the Deal.

1. Over the past 2 yrs Trump has been using border security allocations to fix and re-enforce current walls
2. He has got 6 months of financing for 50 miles or so of wall
3. After 6 months budgetary re-negotiation starts anew.
4. it takes 6 months to build 50 miles of fencing or "barrier" 
5. it will take 6-9 months for the emergency funding to go through the court system and get to the Supreme court ( it's a walk through)
6. At that point the wall will be a moot point in the budgetary deliberations
7. Trump is a real estate tycoon. He knows how to build things
8. You don't have a 10 billion real estate private enterprise in the public sector being an idiot. Maybe a government employee or politician would be over their heads.
9. Border security will be enhanced electronically and personnel will be added thats in the package
10. The Art of the Deal. Trump has won but most Americans live in a fast food type life style and cannot see 6-9 months ahead. Now Trump can have fun with the media and politicians especially with the ones that wear the special glasses.
