Believe me, I didn't want to put them there, but they are 3-2 and everybody else is at least 3-3.
I can't say the Bills, Eagles or Giants are better than them at this point.

The Vikings will most likely lose their next 2 games on the road at Detroit and Chicago (teams that suck ass). As far as Carolina? It's tough to come off a huge win on the road and win again the following week. Eagles soar!

Just thought I would post the entire list MS.
1 Patriots 5-0 Last Week: 1 The 5-0 Patriots have scored 183 points (36.6 PPG) this season. In 2007, they scored 182 points through their first five games. 2 Packers 6-0 Last Week: 2 The Packers are 6-0 headed into their bye, just their second 6-0 start in the Super Bowl era (2011). After the bye, they have back-to-back road games against currently unbeaten teams (Broncos, Panthers). 3 Broncos 6-0 Last Week: 4 The Broncos are 6-0 despite Peyton Manning's 10 interceptions. That's his most through the first six games of a season since his rookie year (14 INTs). 4 Cardinals 4-2 Last Week: 6 After starting 3-0, the Cardinals have lost two of their past three. The Cards have a minus-6 turnover differential in their losses (plus-9 in wins). 5 Bengals 6-0 Last Week: 5 Andy Dalton has 14 touchdown passes and two interceptions. Through this point in 2014, he had six touchdown passes and three interceptions. 6 Panthers 5-0 Last Week: 7 Cam Newton has a 94.1 Total QBR in the fourth quarter this season, second-best in the NFL. That's helping overcome his 37.1 QBR in the first three quarters. 7 Falcons 5-1 Last Week: 3 The Falcons need to get off to better starts. They've trailed entering the fourth quarter in four of their six games and can't expect a comeback every week. 8 Jets 4-1 Last Week: 11 Chris Ivory is averaging an NFL-best 115.0 rushing yards per game this season. The Jets are 4-0 when Ivory is in the lineup (0-1 without him). 9 Eagles 3-3 Last Week: 15 Run, Eagles, run ... Philly is averaging 154.7 rushing yards per game in its wins this season, compared to 52.3 rushing yards per game in its losses. 10 Steelers 4-2 Last Week: 9 All of the Steelers' quarterbacks have done well protecting the ball. The team has three giveaways this season, tied for fewest in the NFL. 11 Colts 3-3 Last Week: 13 The Colts are 3-0 in division play but 0-3 against non-division opponents. They don't play another division game until Week 14. 12 Seahawks 2-4 Last Week: 8 The Seahawks have blown a fourth-quarter lead in all four of their losses. Their minus-28 point differential in the fourth is second-worst in the NFL. 13 Chargers 2-4 Last Week: 14 The Chargers rank 29th in yards per rush (3.6) this season and last in yards per rush allowed (5.4). That's putting a lot on the shoulders of Philip Rivers. 14 Giants 3-3 Last Week: 12 This is the third straight season the Giants started .500 or worse through six games. They were over .500 through six games in each of Tom Coughlin's first nine seasons as coach. 15 Vikings 3-2 Last Week: 16 An encouraging sign for the Vikings: They won Sunday despite getting just 60 rushing yards from Adrian Peterson, his fewest in a Vikings win since 2011. 16 Cowboys 2-3 Last Week: 18 Will Matt Cassel make a difference? He's 9-17 as a starter with a 38.2 Total QBR since the start of the 2011 season. 17 Bills 3-3 Last Week: 10 A 3-3 start isn't bad, especially considering the three losses were against the Patriots, Bengals and Giants, who are a combined 14-3. 18 Rams 2-3 Last Week: 17 Todd Gurley has rushed for 305 yards in his first two starts, and in Week 7 he faces a Browns defense that has allowed the most rushing yards this season. 19 49ers 2-4 Last Week: 25 Since losing 17-3 to the Packers, the 49ers have averaged 26 points per game and committed zero turnovers. They're 1-1 in those games, but at least the offense has improved. 20 Saints 2-4 Last Week: 26 The Saints have not committed a turnover in either of their wins. They've committed 10 turnovers in their four losses. 21 Dolphins 2-3 8 Last Week: 29 A season-high in points. The first two rushing touchdowns of the season. Six sacks (after just one in the previous four games). The Dolphins got the Dan Campbell era off to a good start. 22 Redskins 2-4 Last Week: 21 The Redskins led the NFL in rushing through the first four weeks. In two games since (both losses), they've gained 85 yards on 41 rushes. 23 Raiders 2-3 Last Week: 22 The Raiders are 2-3, but two of their losses have been against teams that are currently unbeaten (Bengals, Broncos), and the other was on a field goal with 7 seconds remaining. 24 Lions 1-5 Last Week: 31 A Calvin Johnson deep ball helped put an end to the Lions' winless season. Prior to Sunday, Johnson hadn't caught a pass 30-plus yards downfield since Week 14 of last season. 25 Bears 2-4 Last Week: 24 Since Jay Cutler's return, the Bears have played three straight games decided by three or fewer points, going 2-1. They had one such game (Week 1) last season. 26 Texans 2-4 Last Week: 30 The Texans are 2-0 against teams from Florida and they've got the Dolphins this week in Miami. Houston is 0-4 against the rest of the country, however. 27 Browns 2-4 Last Week: 20 The Browns are allowing an NFL-worst 149.8 rushing yards per game this season. Opponents have rushed for at least 150 yards in five of six games. 28 Ravens 1-5 Last Week: 23 All six of the Ravens' games have been decided by six points or fewer. Their five losses in those games are two more than anyone else in that category. 29 Chiefs 1-5 Last Week: 19 Life without Jamaal Charles did not go well for the Chiefs in Week 6. They mustered a season-low 57 rushing yards in their loss to the Vikings. 30 Titans 1-4 Last Week: 27 The Titans won by 28 in their season opener against the Buccaneers. They're 0-4 and have been outscored by 45 points since, including three straight losses at home. 31 Buccaneers 2-3 Last Week: 28 Jameis Winston and Mike Evans need to get on the same page. Winston is 13-of-33 with no touchdowns and three interceptions targeting Evans this season. 32 Jaguars 1-5 Last Week: 32 The Jaguars are the only team in the NFL this season that has yet to rush for a touchdown. T.J. Yeldon's lone score this season was on a pass.

It burns a little seeing the Jets & Falcons ahead of me. Having said that, I feel damn grateful to be 3-3. This shit is hard!

And there ^ is what makes Power Rankings so stupid.
The ESPN list has the Chargers ahead of the Vikings even though we beat them head to head, and have a better record than they do. Weird.

Its more about who the NFL's sweetheart teams are from season to season. Power rankings mean about as much to me as weekly picks from those bozos.

This is what my family wanted for me when I enrolled in college and was taught the finer points of bothering strangers about matters of public interest. They wanted me to ask the hard-hitting stuff, like, "Did Mike Ditka lift his right buttock and smother Cris Carter in airborne misery onMonday Night Countdown last night?" This is the question of the day, and solving its mysteries is the goal. Initial allegations of Ditka's fumigation arose when Deadspin posted video of Carter making his pick alongside Ditka and Chris Berman before Monday night's game between the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants. Carter picked the Giants out of spite, prompting Ditka to laugh and possibly scorch the room with a loud, involuntary fart: My first instinct here is to ask questions: How is this possible? How can the sound be so crisp and unmistakable? Was Ditka's microphone embedded in his chair? Was it Berman? An off-camera sound guy? Was there a second pooter? Sporting News' Sean Gentille insists this video hasn't been tampered with, leaving us to conclude that Ditka's bowels poured forth such a gale that standard, outside-the-pants audio equipment couldn't help but register the noise clearly. This would explain the look of unblemished terror that appeared on Carter's face after the sound. This is the face of a man meeting a fate he can't run from: de08b6c1d244e247c855c9938132ee37_crop_ex @Deadspin Somebody farted. So I watched the Jaguars game with a diehard Jaguars teenager fan. Most entertaining game all week, especially with him whooping and hollering, then despondent, then whooping, then despondent, then whooping...lol. Actually a hell of a lot better than it had any right to be.
Thank god I am oblivious to the opinions of others while caught in the blinding splendor of my own cleverness.
