It's horrible to be so desperate for water. I've seen some astounding pix of dry creek beds, nearly empty reservoirs, etc.

I think the state's agriculture industry is gonna suffer a lot as a result of the rations, but that's the way it's gotta be. We can import import food from states with water surpluses, and I bet Moonbeam will offer additional financial aid to farmers who don't have enough allotted water to maintain their typical crop production. California and Yemen have some things in common -- large populations, they love their qat and we love our pot, we've each got 100s of miles of ocean water along our coastlines ...........and we're both running out of potable water.

Many will just move and Cali can become Mexicana.

We already have a really high Mexican and hispanic population in the state, Maggot.
If the general population of Californians found Mexicans and other non-caucasians as distasteful as you apparently do, we could just call California "Mexicana" now. But, based on my observations, we generally don't so we don't. If crop/field jobs become less abundant due to irrigation water rationing, it could make California less attractive to some Mexican migrants who will travel to other states where those workers will be more in demand. That might be one of the first population shifts as a result of the water rationing mandates? Anyway, it will be interesting to see how this all plays out. For some strange reason, you seem to get pleasure from California's water challenges and hope for the worst, Maggot. I really don't get it, but it's funny in a weird way.

The San Andreas fault will crack the big one eventually Hollywood will break off and fall into the sea and hardly a tear will be shed.

Oh I like Mexicans they are great people mostly like everyone else there are some bad apples, they are great at Mason work, top notch. Don't let your liberal bias paint me as a racist when in fact I am not. I want everyone on equal footing and believe a persons worth is based on their actions and not by their skin color tweety bird.
Also I think California is one of the most beautiful states in the country but it has been eroded by regulations and loss of common sense. Not that everyone there has that malady but many do.

I didn't call you a racist, Maggot.
I respond to your words and thoughts as you post them, repeatedly. Read them. And, I don't mind that you call me a "liberal", something that you view very negatively, apparently because I'm not extremely socially conservative, fear-driven, or as opposed to differences as some. If any of that makes me a twat, a twat I proudly am.

Yeah the liberal label is just as bad as a tea-party label. We all tend to group people in their bubbles and forget the individual aspect of humanity.

I don't see those labels as being "bad". I haven't personally labeled anyone here as either, but not because I think it would be a burn or anything. Personally, I don't care if other people like to label; sometimes labels efficiently reflect what people really think. But, I do think it's funny when labelers get all bent out of shape if others disagree and post what they really think in response. So, if anyone wants to call me an effin' Liberal or a god damned Tea Partier or whatever, they should go right ahead. Some of my social views are more in-line with the former, and my views on federal laws and intervention probably line-up more often with the latter. Neither Liberals nor Conservatives naturally rub me the wrong way; self-serving narrow-minded extremists do. Extreme liberal preachers (be they politicians or average citizens) are equally as mock-worthy to me as their conservative counterparts. Anyway...........I've got to get moving. I'll be peeing and brushing my teeth inside the shower -- I'm a conservative team player like that.
