5'8". A whopping 6'-6'1" in heels. When I hit puberty it ruined my life. There are no 5'8" ballerinas with boobs.

I'm the same height and the same average weight.

But, over the last 18 months or so, I've gained 13 pounds and it's a lot harder than it used to be to shed it and keep it off.

Six more pounds to lose this time out and I'm gonna work hard to maintain the 128 - 130 long term.

It's not very difficult to crack down on the food and exercise side, but it is difficult for me to stop after one glass of wine and avoid having a few cocktails on the weekends. Once in a while, I trade food calories for empty alcohol calories.

That's my exact life story. I use to be able to maintain that 128-130 quite easily. But now that I had the third kid and I'm 40 it's harder. As soon as I enjoy life a little bit I shoot up to 140 overnight. Alcohol is the hardest part for me too. I don't mind eating healthy and it doesn't kill me to skip on the pizza or doughnuts, but I have a hard time saying no to the wine and beer.
