Ohio is actually the 23rd state to allow Constitutional Carry; the states that have passed this are the safest in the nation. um, criminals violate the law no what the law is; what does that have to do with Constitutional Carry? Constitutional Carry allows decent folk to protect themselves and their property from criminals without being prosecuted for doing it. Just ask the McCloskey's in St. Louis in

The hell they weren't bothering them. They busted through the gate and were tresspassing on private property. People don't have gates and no tresspassing signs to have people disrespect it because they think it's their right.

What I read is that it is a gated private street that they pay for and those people were tresspassing.
