I'll take that bet Biggie.

A large percentage of people who claim disability are seniors and hold a mix of liberal and conservative views...........same as people without disabilities.

While they tend to vote more by mail than at a voting station as compared to citizens without disabilities (for obvious reasons), the political affiliations of those who identify as disabled are closely aligned with the whole of the U.S. population.

I don't have anything against the disabled, whether they're Democrats, Republicans or Independents and don't understand why you would believe that 90% of them are Democrats.

In any case, there's more data here if you're interested:  https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/20...americans/

I think you disabled your common sense today.  ')

The number of Americans who claim disabilities -- regardless of commercials or the reason for being in disabled status -- is nowhere near 90% Democrat.

It was a bad bet Biggie.

Wow, the Trump Administration just took another huge step in the right direction.

Final Conscience Rule

It's 440 pages, so here is the summary for you lazy bastards, and bitches.

Quote:SUMMARY: The United States has a long history of providing protections in health care for individuals and entities on the basis of religious beliefs or moral convictions. Congress has
passed many such laws applicable to the Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS” or the “Department”) and the programs or activities it funds or administers, some of which
are the subject of existing HHS regulations at 45 CFR part 88. This final rule revises existing regulations to ensure vigorous enforcement of Federal conscience and antidiscrimination laws applicable to the Department, its programs, and recipients of HHS funds, and to delegate overall enforcement and compliance responsibility to the Department’s Office for Civil Rights
(“OCR”). In addition, this final rule clarifies OCR’s authority to initiate compliance reviews, conduct investigations, supervise and coordinate compliance by the Department and its
components, and use enforcement tools otherwise available in existing regulations to address violations and resolve complaints. Inorder to ensure that recipients of Federal financial
assistance and other Department funds comply with their legal obligations, this final rule requires certain recipients to maintain records; cooperate with OCR’s investigations, reviews,
or other proceedings; and submit written assurances and certifications of compliance to the Department. The final rule also encourages the recipients of HHS funds to provide notice
to individuals and entities about their right be free from coercion or discrimination on account of religious beliefs or moral convictions.

This is gonna get real interesting.

Allowing people of faith protections from forced compliance is a bad thing?

If it makes you feel any better I felt the same way with the previous administration daily. Except Sunday when I stopped watching the news. Same same.

What did that dumbo rep from Alabama say today, "what difference does it make if we kill them now or later"

So Pappy, what do you think of the nearly 400 bipartisan lawyers signing the open letter saying if it weren't for the fact he is president he would have been charged with felony obstruction?
