Well, today. Yesterday it was the FBI, he accused them of framing him, but the day before that it was Ruby and her daughter. He's been going after them hard the past week or so.

I saw them do it on video, exactly as he describes it except it occurred after the observers were told that the counting was done for the night, at which point they left the building. A half hour later they pulled boxes from under a skirted table and resumed counting. It's on video, so yes, it did happen.

You can talk shit all you want but the counting room video shows exactly what I desribed: observers leave the building for the night, being told that counting was stopping, half hour later counting resumes. The video speaks for itself, and it makes no difference whatsoever if those ballots had already been "processed", which is what was claimed, counting after observers have been dismissed is a serious irregularity.
